Return Policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your Puzzling Present. We are a very small family business and work hard to provide a quality product. We ask that you contact us with any concerns at info@puzzlingpresents.com so that we may address them. We will respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

Damage

If your product is damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately at info@puzzlingpresents.com so that we can resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to ask for photos of the damage.

Incorrect Items

If the item you receive is not what you ordered, we will be glad to make an exchange. We reserve the right to ask for pictures of the incorrectly received items.

Returns

Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns that have been used.  Please be sure to check the dimensions of our boxes to make sure that it will fit what you plan to place in the gift box before you order.

If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to work with you to process a return provided that the product is in new, unused condition. As we are a small family business, we handle all returns manually. Please contact us via email at info@puzzlingpresents.com to request a return. Once a return is approved, we will issue a return postage label and instructions.

Shipping charges for the return will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the store credit or refund. In most cases we are able to get a discounted shipping rate, so we prefer to send a prepaid shipping label for returns to lower the return shipping charge.
